9月10日付けでVMware vSphere 6.0のUpdate 1が公開されまして、うちの会社の環境に早速適用しました。
まずはvCenter Server Applianceのアップデートから。ダウンロードしたVMware-vCenter-Server-Appliance-6.0.0.10000-3018521-patch-FP.isoをApplianceの仮想マシンにマウントして、Applianceのコンソールでsshを有効にして接続します。でコマンド画面で
Command> software-packages stage --iso
を実行してパッケージをステージングします。ステージングってなに、ですがこちらのページを参考。そしてインストールの実行です。
Command> software-packages install --staged [2015-09-14 04:11:54,218] : Running test transaction .... [2015-09-14 04:12:01,231] : Running pre-install script..... 次のコマンドでインストールの履歴を確認できます。

Applianceの仮想マシンを再起動してvCenter Server Applianceのアップデートは完了です。
次に各ホストのESXiのアップデートですがダウンロードしたupdate-from-esxi6.0-6.0_update01.zipをいつものようにメンテナンスモードで

とプロファイルを確認。で以下のように適用して再起動で完了です。

これでビルド番号が2809209から3029758になりました。
あと、うちの環境で使っているVMware vSphere Replicationも6.1になりましたのでこちらのページを参考に更新して、各仮想マシンのVMware Toolsをアップデートしておきました。
