とメッセージが出るのに気づきました。まあそれはそうだなとhttps://techdocs.broadcom.com/ に行くと https://docs.vmware.com/ では更新されていない新しいパッチを見つけた次第です。
VMware vCenter Server 8.0のUpdate 3dが10月21日付でVMware ESXi 8.0のUpdate 3cが12月12付けで、vSphere Replicationの9.0.2.1が12月13日付で公開されていました。リリースノートはこちらとこちらとこちらから。
さっそくうちの環境に適用です。まずはvCenter Serverから。いつものようにISOファイルをVCSAにマウントしてコンソールで以下のように実行です。

特に再起動することなく完了しました。vCenter Serverはこういうときぐらいしか再起動しないため、念を入れて手動で再起動しておきました。
次にESXiの更新。ホストをメンテナンスモードにして、コンソールから以下のように実行。

ホストを再起動してBuild番号は24280767から24414501になりました。
最後にvSphere Replicationの更新。これもISOファイルをvraにマウントして、https://vra:5480 に接続。更新のソースをCD-ROMにしてインストールを実行します。自動的に再接続されて再構成でvCenter Serverの接続情報など入力して完了です。
