以下のようにうちの環境に適用です。まずはISOファイルをVMware vCenter Server Applianceに接続して、SSHでログインして実行。

今回、自動的に再起動はかからなかったのですが、クラスタで
vSphere HA Master Agent が見つかりません
との警告が出ており、
とのメッセージもあり、これらはVCSAを再起動すると問題は出なくなりました。
